2005 Beardown Awards:Best Player

What can I say in this that i didnt say in the Best Defensive Player award page?

In 2004 Vasher was the second Rookie CB in team history to lead the team with interceptions (first was Mark Carrier, pretty good company to be in).Nathan Vasher followed up his 5 interceptions in 2004 with an even better return in 2005 with 8. He got voted to the pro bowl and was the biggest playmaker in the NFLs best defense which was loaded with playmakers. I mean you have to be pretty special to overshadow Urlacher, Briggs, Alex Brown and O Gun dont you?

December 4th 2005.. Probably the day that Vasher made this award his.. Favre drops back with his Packers 12-7 down against the Bears at Soldier Field. He looks over to the left sideline and throws it. He didnt see Vasher coming for the ball but he did get a clear view of his 45 yard return for a touchdown. Good lad :)
